We interview all our candidates – without exception – so all the introductions that we make are carefully considered. That’s why we want to meet you face-to-face, and, where possible, conduct an initial in-person meeting at your office to ensure that we have truly understood your company’s culture and requirements. We want to be the agency you think of first went it comes to finding the perfect hire.

How much does it cost?
If you’re a candidate ..absolutely nothing! Our service is free of charge.
For our clients, we work on a contingency basis. So, our service is free of charge until we find you the perfect candidate. At that point, our permanent and contract fee is a one-off charge based on the candidate’s annual salary. For our temporary candidates, you will be charged an hourly rate.
