Our Founder, Louisa Robertson brings over a decade of experience having run highly successful recruitment businesses in both the UK and the US. Louisa’s experience, alongside her international exposure, enables her to offer expert advice to her clients and candidates and to find the perfect match for any opportunity.
Louisa lived in New York for several years and loves to travel. She is also a keen skier with a particular fondness for long lunches on the mountain!

Daisy Page
Daisy joined LRA Search in 2022 as Co-CEO. She brings with her over a decade of experience in building and managing high-performance teams, and her commitment to excellence leads her to nurture lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Daisy has an MA from The University of Edinburgh and lives in SE London with her husband and two children. She is an avid reader and an expert martini maker!

Emily Iliffe
Emily joined LRA Search as a Consultant in 2024, having begun her recruitment career specialising in business support and HR recruitment. Prior to this, she spent seven years working within the London property market, and both experiences have honed a real commitment to delivering top-tier client/customer service. Emily now lives in East Sussex with her partner and three rescue dogs. A real foodie, she loves cooking and finding new places to eat!

Beatrice Porter
Bea is the newest member of the LRA Search team, joining us in September 2024. Prior to her time in recruitment, Bea was a PA within professional services, making her an empathetic ear who can understand both the candidate and client perspective. Bea has recently relocated to the Cotswold’s and is enjoying getting to know her new area through long walks and pub lunches.
